Brief :
It was an idea that was Taiwanese people could find a way to transform Taiwan island to be an floatable country for avoiding the bothers from people republic of china, and [ RC_bOAT ] is a remote control model to express this idea as a start or an experiment of fluid flow mechanics.
Because of the shape of the island, the consequence is the island is difficult to turn left. It always turns right and spin clockwise.
