Brief:
The idea was that Taiwanese people could find a way to turn the island of Taiwan into a floating country to avoid being bothered by the People's Republic of China, and [ RC_bOAT ] is a remote-control model that expresses this idea as a starting point, or an experiment in fluid mechanics.
Because of the island's shape, it is difficult to turn left. It always turns right and spins clockwise.
